fractured colar bone kinda sucks...

Wow such an amazing week, just working at the shop chilling with my fiance and riding. I had wednesday off so i went to rothrock with Jake and JT and rode ridge trail and longberger back what a good ride. Thursday work all day then rode some street! 180's are coming along real well and bubakas are nailed. half cabs are almost there. Then today rode scotia for an hour and a half and found the best trail out there. The trail makes two large switch backs across a huge hill and has a billion switch backs and quick gulleys throughout. One week till the first dual slalom race!

The bike is ready!
Got a Single front chainring with 8 speeds in the back using a SRAM x.7 shifter and rear deraileur.
The setup feels good!
Using a GT Spider with my wombolts and a 36T chainring
The cassette is SRAM 11T - 32T
Feels like a good setup so far has enough range to get a quick
jumpy start and then enough high end to keep me cranking till im cruisin.

So, summer has finally begun.
Working at the shop more now which is good. Riding a lot more which is awesome!
Rode about 20 miles today out past toftrees and in the back door or scotia range.
I got lost in scotia and it was getting dark so i had to use the GPS on my phone to find my
way out.

I plan on doing another ride tomorow in scotia and then in the afternoon some BMX riding on campus or downtown.

Well, the school semester is almost over and that means race season is about ot begin. I took a two hour ride to rothrock state forest this morning. This afternoon built up a rear wheel to use for the race season its nothing impressive but it should work.

Got out to toftrees today and started to get some riding on film with the help of tyler. Got a sponsorship from sixsixone today which is pretty sweet! Now i need to start getting the bike ready for racing and start hardcore training. Prolly gonna sprint some hills and go for some longer rides for endurance.
